Refund policy

Refunds will be issued only if a production error has occurred - meaning that the finished product is unquestionably different from what the client approved during the 'proofing' process.

In that case, we must be notified within 2 ‘business’ days after receipt of the order. At that time, the order will either be reproduced or the client will be provided a full refund. We always require that the original shipment is returned promptly, once we issue detailed instructions for doing so.
